Acupuncture DJ's new EP consists of four hypnotic tracks that deploy the surreal “Dream Shop” sign as a metaphor to explore themes of fantasy, entrapment, and repetition.

On Dream Shop: “Dream Shop” and “EZ Life World” were two strange storefronts I drove past every day on my commute to work when I was living in Koreatown. They made me question if I had truly woken up that morning. I photographed them, just to be sure they were real.”

"I'm Over My Dead Body" is about the relentlessness of being paralyzed by GBS. I was a conscious mind hovering above my own carcass. I was exasperated by being attached to useless limbs."
